A live stream of Brazil’s 2-1 win over France on Wednesday was delayed as the World Rugby confirmed that a virus was circulating in the country and was linked to the game.
The game between Brazil and France was postponed after the World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed the presence of the coronavirus in the area, with the match scheduled to kick off at 5pm local time (6pm GMT).
Brazil’s coach Marcelo Bielsa was unable to attend the game, as he was in England for the World Cups finals in England, France and Germany.
The World Cup qualifiers will take place on June 10 and 11 in Brazil.
Brazil is playing in Group A with Uruguay and Argentina and has not played since April, the last time they reached the final.
